Dr. Lanny S. Foster has practiced general podiatry in the Detroit area since 1984, seeing patients at Grosse Pointe Foot and Ankle Center in Grosse Pointe Farms as well as a second office in Farmington Hills. Board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgery, Dr. Foster treats patients of all ages for bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, heel and arch pain, foot and ankle fractures, and sprains, alongside diabetic and arthritic foot complications. The practice also manages ingrown and fungal toenails, corns, calluses, and warts, along with venous ulcers and other wound care needs, favoring conservative treatment where appropriate and surgical correction when necessary. Dr. Foster is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and holds hospital affiliations including Ascension St. John, Ascension Providence, and Beaumont Hospitals in Royal Oak and Grosse Pointe, giving patients continuity of care across both office and hospital settings.
