The Rohacz Center for Foot Care has served Jackson and Hillsdale counties since 1993 under clinical director Dr. Gene Rohacz, a second-generation podiatrist who has practiced since 1992. Board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, with additional certifications in primary care podiatric medicine and lower extremity geriatric medicine, Dr. Rohacz treats Achilles tendonitis, ankle sprains and strains, arthritis, bunions, corns, calluses, flat feet, fractures, gout, hammertoes, heel pain, ingrown nails, Morton's neuroma, fungal nails, plantar warts, and tarsal tunnel syndrome. The practice offers in-office X-rays, non-invasive vascular testing, and ambulatory foot surgery including minimal incision techniques performed at area hospitals, along with regenerative medicine, physical therapy, and a long-standing diabetic shoe dispensing program. Dr. Rohacz is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and serves both Hillsdale Hospital and Eaton Rapids Hospital, reflecting his broader involvement in the Jackson and Hillsdale medical communities.
