Dr. Hengelberth Montufar earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey and graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed a two-year residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital in Michigan, a one-year residency at the Veterans' Administration in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and a one-year residency at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers in Queens, New York. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and has treated patients in Macomb County since 2005. He practices at Richmond Foot and Ankle Clinic in Richmond, Michigan, with a focus on trauma and biomechanical conditions, treating bunions, fractures, and tarsal tunnel syndrome, and speaks Spanish fluently.
