Troy A. Vargas, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist at Twin Cities Orthopedics, seeing patients at the practice's Stillwater, Minnesota location as well as Vadnais Heights and Woodbury. He specializes in disorders of the foot and ankle, including reconstructive surgery, ankle arthroscopy, trauma, arthritis, deformity repair, and sports medicine, and has served on the staff of the Hennepin County Medical Center foot and ankle surgical residency program. Dr. Vargas is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is board certified in reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery. He earned his medical degree from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, and is a member of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Minnesota Podiatric Medical Association.
