Foot Health Center of Mid-MO has served the Jefferson City community since 2001, when it was founded by Dr. David Carron, DPM, with a mission to educate patients about caring for their feet. Dr. Carron, a wound care specialist trained through Curative Systems and the National Healing Institute at Ohio State University, has also served as president of the Missouri Podiatric Medical Association. The practice offers diabetic foot care, addressing risks such as infection, nail fungus, neuropathy, poor circulation, and ulcers, along with nail care, treatment for ingrown and fungal nails, and management of plantar fasciitis and heel pain. Additional services include callus care, wound care, reconstructive surgery, wart removal, and evaluation of abnormal gait patterns, as well as diabetic shoes and custom shoe inserts. With a second location in Fulton, the center focuses on compassionate, effective foot care delivered by a staff that gets to know patients by name.
