Feet for Miles is a mobile podiatry practice founded by Dr. Veda Lewis-Simmons, DPM, MHA, bringing foot and ankle care directly into the homes of patients around the O'Fallon, Missouri area who have difficulty traveling to a traditional office. After building two established podiatry practices across St. Louis and St. Charles counties, Dr. Lewis-Simmons shifted her focus to house-call medicine, drawn to serving medically complex and functionally impaired individuals where they live. The practice addresses a wide range of concerns, including foot, ankle, and heel pain, diabetic foot care and shoe fittings, ingrown and fungal toenails, swelling, peripheral neuropathy, gout, corns and calluses, bunions, hammertoes, plantar warts, plantar fasciitis, gait abnormalities, wounds and ulcers, and trauma-related injuries. By bringing evaluation, treatment, and education straight to the patient, Feet for Miles offers a convenient option for those who cannot easily get to an office visit.
