Rassfeld Foot and Ankle, PC, led by Dr. Torrey Rassfeld, DPM, C.Ped, FACFAOM, operates an in-house, physician-made custom orthotics and shoe lab from its south Lincoln, Nebraska location. Board certified in all aspects of foot and ankle care by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Rassfeld is also one of a small number of podiatrists nationally certified in pedorthics, allowing him to design orthotics, shoes, and boots tailored to each patient's biomechanics. He treats heel pain, bunions and great toe pain, toenail fungus, and ingrown nails, and specializes in diabetic foot care, wound care, and sports-related injuries, drawing on his own experience as an avid runner. After completing his residency at Des Moines General Hospital and practicing for eight years in Sidney, Nebraska, Dr. Rassfeld relocated to Lincoln in 2007 and founded Rassfeld Foot and Ankle in 2018. He has served on the Nebraska State Board of Podiatry and as past president of the Nebraska Podiatric Medical Association.
