Dr. Rudolf Zak, DABFAS, FACFAS, is a board-certified foot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstruction surgeon and one of the few surgeons in New Jersey performing total ankle replacement surgery, specializing in minimally invasive procedures including arthroscopic ligament repairs. A native of Ukraine who grew up in Brooklyn, he earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Cooper University Hospital. Dr. Zak serves as residency educational director for reconstructive forefoot/rearfoot surgery at Virtua and has worked as a consultant for medical device companies, treating patients with total ankle replacement, minimally invasive surgery, and foot and ankle surgery, with online booking and Medicare and Medicaid accepted at the wheelchair-accessible office.
