Dr. Charles F. Birk has practiced podiatric medicine from offices in Cape May Court House and Beesley's Point, New Jersey, since earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1987 and completing his surgical residency at the Tucson VA Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, board certified in foot surgery, and holds certification in extracorporeal shockwave therapy for heel pain. Dr. Birk treats bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, arthritic foot and ankle conditions, Achilles tendon problems, ankle sprains and instability, heel pain, ingrown toenails, neuromas, and plantar warts, offering both conservative management and surgical correction, including bunion surgery, hammertoe correction, metatarsal surgery, and Achilles tendon surgery.
