About Maarij Ahmed, DPM

Dr. Maarij Ahmed is a compassionate and dedicated podiatrist at Rosenfeld Podiatry Group in Marlton, New Jersey, who takes a patient-centered approach to care. A South Jersey native, he grew up in Cherry Hill and earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University-Camden and a Master's in Biomedical Science at Rowan University, before receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Ahmed completed his podiatric residency at Virtua Health, where he served as Chief Resident in his third year, training in both conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle conditions including wound care, diabetic limb salvage, trauma, reconstructive surgery, Lapiplasty bunion correction, and first metatarsophalangeal joint fusions. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports and hiking, and cherishes time with family and friends.
