Mountain Top Foot and Ankle is led by Seth M. Felice, DPM, FACFAS, a Los Alamos resident and the only podiatrist in Los Alamos, New Mexico board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. The practice addresses a wide range of conditions, including ankle pain and sprains, athlete's foot, diabetic foot complications, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, bunions, arthritis, gout, flat feet, heel pain and heel spurs, fractures, neuromas, peripheral neuropathy, toenail fungus, warts, and Charcot foot, drawing on training in arthroscopic, laser, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Services include custom orthotics, digital x-rays, sports medicine evaluation, surgical repair of foot disorders, and wound care, supported by consultation access to internal medicine, vascular surgery, and other specialists when a case calls for a team approach. The office remains on call for evening and weekend foot and ankle emergencies and surgery, giving patients an added layer of support outside standard office hours.
