Jay Abeles, DPM brings more than 25 years of podiatric medicine experience to his self-titled practice in Bethpage, New York, serving individuals and families throughout Nassau County. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University. Dr. Abeles holds podiatric laser certification from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and is certified in endoscopic plantar fasciotomy by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. His conservative, holistic approach addresses heel pain, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, plantar warts, sports injuries, fungal infections, and diabetic foot care, with an emphasis on getting to know each patient personally before proceeding with treatment.
