Manalapan Foot & Ankle is the private practice of Dr. Charles G. Marchese, who has focused on the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment of foot, ankle, and lower leg disorders for close to four decades. Board certified and a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Dr. Marchese treats bunions, heel pain, hammertoes, corns, calluses, ingrown nails, warts, arthritis, gout, neuromas, and fungal toenails, and has a particular interest in diabetic foot and wound care developed through his affiliation with a hospital-based wound healing center. The office is equipped with digital X-ray for same-visit diagnosis of fractures and other injuries, and treatment options range from orthotics, bracing, and physical therapy to surgery for conditions such as bunions, hammertoes, and Achilles tendon disorders when conservative care isn't enough.
