Dr. Sarah Abdou, DPM, DABPM received her medical degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in biology from New York Institute of Technology. She completed her surgical residency at Saint Michael's Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey, serving as chief resident in her third year and supervising all podiatry residents. Dr. Abdou was trained in diabetic limb salvage, wound care, biomechanics, pediatrics, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, and believes in early diabetic foot screening and preventative treatment. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she practices at Certified Foot Care and is excited to serve her home community. She is fluent in Arabic and English.
