About Susan Zhao, DPM

Dr. Susan Zhao completed her undergraduate studies in chemistry at New York University before earning her doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her residency at New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where she served as chief resident in her final year and received extensive training in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, lower extremity trauma, and diabetic limb salvage. Dr. Zhao is board qualified in foot, reconstructive, rearfoot, and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and is an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is affiliated with New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and Gramercy Surgery Center.
