About Dr. Karen Langone

Karen A. Langone, DPM has practiced podiatric sports medicine in Southampton, New York since 1989. A graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, she is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, where she has served as national president. Dr. Langone's practice centers on biomechanics, gait analysis, and orthotic therapy for active patients, alongside diabetic foot care and surgical correction of podiatric conditions. She has served on medical teams for major athletic events, including the Boston Marathon and New York City Marathon, and lectures nationally and internationally on sports medicine topics. Her practice offers laser treatments and provides house calls for patients unable to reach the Southampton office. With decades of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Langone combines technical expertise in biomechanics with a hands-on, patient-centered approach to podiatric sports medicine.
