About Dr. Omer Aci

Dr. Omer Aci attended Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey, where he earned his BS degree in biology/pre-podiatry, before attending medical school at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan. He completed a three-year Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Residency training program at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, New York, and went on to complete a wound care and tissue healing fellowship at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. Dr. Aci is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Amputation Prevention and Wound Care, and is a fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine and the American Professional Wound Care Association, practicing in North Babylon, New York.
