Dr. Russell G. Volpe brings more than three decades of pediatric podiatry expertise to his practices in Manhattan and Plainview, New York. A Professor and past Chair of the Department of Pediatrics and Orthopedics at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, he has taught there since 1985 and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Volpe co-edited a leading textbook on children's foot care and lectures internationally on pediatric foot biomechanics and gait. His practice focuses on custom orthotics, gait analysis, pediatric-specific foot complaints, and sports-related issues in young patients, drawing on his research and clinical work in lower limb biomechanics. Appointments are available at both the Manhattan and Plainview offices, with evening and weekend appointment times offered at the Long Island location for added flexibility.
