Stephen A. Kinard, DPM, earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia in June 1994, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University in May 1990. He completed a two-year podiatric surgical residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando from 1994 to 1996, with a concentration in forefoot and extensive rearfoot surgery. Dr. Kinard is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Certified Cryostar Surgeon, affiliated with Blue Ridge Surgery Center. Practicing with The Foot and Ankle Associates, he treats bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and toenail fungus, offering diabetic foot care, wound care, laser therapy, and custom orthotics.
