A North Carolina native, Dr. Reagan Parrish was born and raised in Fayetteville and spent many summers on the Crystal Coast before joining Carteret Foot and Ankle Specialists in August 2010, following a two-year surgical residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Biological and Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2004, graduating summa cum laude, and her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Dr. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in 2008. Dr. Parrish is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, practicing in Morehead City, North Carolina.
