Founder Dr. Aaron Leshikar, DPM, is a board-certified wound care physician with more than sixteen years of experience in foot and ankle medicine and surgery, and he serves as secretary of the North Carolina Foot and Ankle Society. The practice treats plantar fasciitis, bunions, sports injuries, and diabetic foot concerns using both conservative therapies and minimally invasive surgical options, while its wound care team manages diabetic ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure sores, post-surgical wounds, and other non-healing injuries through debridement, compression therapy, and advanced dressings.
