Dr. John LoPiccolo is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency training through the Iowa Health System at Trinity Regional Medical Center. He is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, holding surgical privileges at Carteret Healthcare and the Surgical Center of Morehead City. His surgical interests include reconstructive foot surgery, ankle instability repair, and the surgical management of chronic diabetic foot ulcers. An active community leader, Dr. LoPiccolo currently serves as an elected commissioner for the Town of Beaufort and has served on the advisory board for Diabetic Education at Carteret Healthcare, practicing at Carteret Foot & Ankle Specialists in Swansboro, North Carolina.
