Also seeing patients at a Scranton, North Dakota clinic, Dr. Steven Kilwein is a native of New England, North Dakota, and a graduate of St. Mary's High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson State University and a master's degree in physical education, exercise physiology, and athletic training from the University of Iowa, then attended the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines. He completed his residency at Roseland Surgical Center in Roseland, New Jersey, and is board certified in podiatric surgery and a Fellow of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Kilwein has practiced with West River Health Services since 1990, traveling extensively to serve clinics throughout the region.
