Dr. Shital Pema, DPM, FACFAS, is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with Orthopedic Associates of Dayton. She specializes in the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including advanced wound care of the lower extremities, ingrown toenail surgery, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, ankle ligament repair, reconstructive surgery, revision surgery, sports injuries, and limb preservation, and served on active duty before entering private practice. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeing patients at the practice's Dayton, Springfield, and Centerville, Ohio locations.
