Performance Foot & Ankle is led by Nicole Horn, DPM, a Holmes County native and board-certified podiatric physician who previously spent more than seven years practicing in Wayne and Tuscarawas Counties, including time at a dedicated wound center. From offices in Millersburg and Wooster, Ohio, Dr. Horn treats bunions, foot and ankle fractures, Achilles and tendon injuries, ingrown toenails, neuromas, heel pain and plantar fasciitis, peripheral artery disease, neuropathy, hammertoes, tendonitis, flat feet and high arches, wounds and ulcers, sprains, plantar warts, and arthritis of the foot and ankle. Surgery can be scheduled and performed at either of two area hospitals, and custom orthotics are cast directly in the office when needed. The practice treats both surgical and non-surgical conditions and can order common diagnostic testing to support diagnosis, with most major insurance plans accepted, including Medicare, for patients throughout Holmes and surrounding Ohio counties.
