CMH-OHSU Health Foot & Ankle Clinic operates two locations in Astoria and Seaside, Oregon as part of Columbia Memorial Hospital's collaboration with OHSU Health. The clinic's podiatrists and nursing staff offer both nonsurgical and surgical treatment for diabetes-related foot problems, fungal toenail infections, plantar fasciitis, and plantar warts, along with everyday concerns like bunions, corns and calluses, hammertoes, and ingrown toenails. Surgical services include arthroscopy, ankle fusion, foot and ankle trauma repair, flatfoot reconstruction, and bunion, hammertoe, and reconstructive foot and ankle procedures, as well as total ankle joint replacement for patients whose joints have been badly damaged by arthritis. Diabetic patients receive coordinated foot care and education, including early screening for complications and safe toenail trimming, in partnership with their other physicians. Custom foot orthotics are also available, molded to each patient's feet. Nail care appointments require a referral to the clinic.
