Dr. Timothy Mineo, DPM, FACFAS is a dual board-certified surgeon, certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, and is one of a handful of Oregon practitioners certified to perform total ankle replacement. He founded Pearl Foot & Ankle and leads its surgical team, having completed more than 1,500 surgeries including total ankle replacement, and treats the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions from conservative orthotics to complex surgical reconstruction at the practice's dedicated partner outpatient surgery center, practicing in Portland, Oregon with an additional office in Beaverton.
