Dr. Richard Rogers graduated from Central Dauphin High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Geneva College before receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and its national affiliate, the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Rogers is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He practices with Keystone Podiatric Medical Associates, treating Achilles problems, ankle sprains, arthritis, bunions, corns and calluses, and toenail fungus at the Biglerville office, which offers on-site X-ray imaging.
