He graduated from LaSalle University and received his D.P.M. degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, and is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Kissell practices with Pocono Podiatry Associates, P.C. in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, with an additional office in Tobyhanna, and is on staff at Lehigh Valley Pocono Hospital, treating patients conservatively and without pushing for surgery unless it is absolutely needed, offering compassionate, patient-focused care to families throughout the region.
