Dr. Joseph M. Toole is a native of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School, Wilkes University in 1980, and Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in 1985. He completed his surgical residency at Scranton State General Hospital in 1986 and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association. He is on the active staff at Wilkes Barre General Hospital and Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, and since completing his training, Dr. Toole has 30 years of practice experience treating patients of all ages at Foot Center, devoted to ensuring the best available treatment in a comfortable environment. The practice treats bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, foot deformities, arthritis, fractures, and neuromas, offering diabetic foot care, wound care, sports medicine, and custom orthotics.
