Angelo J. Mitsos, DPM has practiced podiatry in the tri-state area for more than 30 years from his office in the Mayzon Health Center in Neshannock Township, near New Castle, Pennsylvania. A Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Dr. Mitsos focuses on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, treating patients of all ages for heel pain, heel spurs, bunions, hammertoes, arthritic deformities, and ingrown toenails through both surgical and non-surgical approaches. His surgical repertoire includes bunionectomy, hammertoe correction, Achilles tendon repair, tarsal tunnel release, and excision of neuromas, heel spurs, and Haglund's deformity, along with laser treatment for thick fungal nails and shockwave therapy for heel pain and plantar fasciitis. Same-day care is available for foot pain emergencies.
