Dr. Edward W. Ruane is a native of East Norriton, Pennsylvania, who attended LaSalle College High School and earned a dual degree in Biology and Philosophy from the University of Scranton. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, then completed a two-year Podiatric Surgical Residency at Beth Israel Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey, and at Montgomery Hospital in East Norriton, Pennsylvania, in 1991. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and has served the Central Montgomery community since 1990, joining Norriton Podiatric Associates, PC in 1998, where he maintains active staff privileges at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery and Mercy Suburban Hospitals and has served as Chief of the Division of Podiatric Surgery.
