About Lisa C. Overton, DPM

Dr. Lisa Overton has been practicing podiatry in the West Oak Lane neighborhood of Philadelphia for over 15 years, the same community where she grew up and attended elementary and middle school. She attended Philadelphia High School for Girls and went on to Howard University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology, then worked as a lab technologist in Washington, D.C. for five years. She returned home to attend the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, now Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, and completed two residencies: one at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital and the other at Presbyterian Hospital/University of Pennsylvania Health System. She treats Achilles problems, fractures, ankle sprains, bunions, and hammertoes.
