Rapha Foot & Ankle Center brings more than a decade of foot and ankle care to several Philadelphia neighborhoods, with offices in Frankford, Juniata, Allegheny, Esperanza, and Mt. Airy. The practice is led by Dr. Elizabeth D. Luong, DPM, a board-certified podiatrist and certified wound care physician, alongside Dr. Leslie Baeza, DPM, who is also board certified and bilingual in Spanish and English. Together they diagnose and treat a full range of foot and ankle problems, injuries, and disorders, including diabetic foot care, chronic and slow-healing wounds, sprains, strains, fractures, infections, bunions, hammertoes, and heel pain. For patients who cannot make it into the office right away, the practice offers same-day emergency foot and ankle services, with on-site doctors trained in urgent care who can often address a problem without a trip to the emergency room. The team emphasizes open communication and helping patients understand their own health.
