Exeter Foot & Ankle Center has served Reading, Pennsylvania since founder Randy Smargiassi, DPM, established the practice in 2017 following a nine-year career in the United States Navy and eight years in private practice. Dr. Smargiassi, a former Chief of Podiatry Service at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda and past podiatry consultant to the White House Medical Unit, brings broad experience treating complex wounds, fractures, and diabetic complications alongside routine foot care.
