Traveling Podiatry Services began in late 2021 as a concierge home-visit practice founded by Dr. Marvin Marcelin, who built a patient-first model by treating people door to door. The practice has since grown by acquiring the podiatry practices of Dr. Martin Hersh and Dr. Ronald Renzi, and now shares a home base at Regency Towers in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, alongside affiliated practice Save Your Soles Podiatry. Traveling Podiatry Services treats plantar fasciitis, hammertoe, bacterial and fungal foot infections such as athlete's foot, corns, ingrown toenails, and heel spurs, and provides diabetic foot and wound care as well as routine foot care and custom orthotics. The practice continues to emphasize house-call visits for patients who find it difficult to travel to a traditional office. It accepts Medicare Part B and Railroad Medicare along with a range of commercial insurance plans, and also offers private-pay options for patients without coverage.
