Dr. Trenton Statler, a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, graduating salutatorian of his medical school class and receiving the highest awards in clinical and surgical excellence. He completed his surgical residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, receiving extensive training in reconstruction of complex deformities and trauma of the foot and ankle, along with advanced training in diabetic limb salvage and clubfoot and flatfoot deformity management. He is a Board Certified Podiatric Surgeon by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, devoted to peer and community education, practicing with Podiatry Associates-Bluffton in Bluffton, South Carolina, treating plantar fasciitis, bunions, plantar warts, toenail fungus, and ingrown toenails, offering diabetic foot care and diabetic shoes.
