Dr. Kenneth J. Donovan owns Advanced Care Foot and Ankle, a podiatric practice on James Island serving Charleston County, South Carolina. A Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine graduate who completed his residency at RWJBarnabas in New Jersey, Dr. Donovan is an American Board Certified foot and ankle surgeon who favors a minimally invasive approach, turning to surgery only when conservative treatment isn't enough.
