About George Sich III, DPM
Dr. George Sich is an assistant professor of podiatry at Augusta University, specializing in surgical and non-surgical treatment of foot, ankle, and lower extremity disorders. Before earning his doctorate from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, he received his premedical education, an engineering degree, and his U.S. Army commission at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Sich completed both a podiatric medical and surgical residency at the St. Luke's hospital system in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is board certified in foot surgery, licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, with privileges at Wellstar, Medical College of Georgia, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Edgefield County Healthcare, and Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
