Dr. Smitha Mantha has been in private practice in the Houston area since 2012, grew up in Plano, Texas, and obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, followed by a medical degree from Barry University of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Miami, Florida in 2005. She completed a three-year surgical residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital of Chicago in 2012 with an emphasis on outpatient medicine, and specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle problems including ingrown toenails, heel, foot, and ankle pain, foot deformities, and diabetic foot care. Dr. Mantha is Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, practicing in Houston, Texas.
