Dr. Ciba, who trained at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a residency in primary podiatric medicine and foot surgery in Atlanta, is board certified in Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine and is on the medical staff at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital.
