Led by Managing Director Dr. Timothy K. Fisher, DPM, who is board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry and board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, the practice specializes in diabetic foot care and amputation prevention, drawing on Dr. Fisher's earlier work establishing diabetic limb salvage programs in Arizona and the United Arab Emirates. On-site visits address nail care, corns, calluses, open wounds, blisters, infections, ingrown toenails, and fungal nails, along with yearly diabetic shoe dispensing and comprehensive diabetic foot exams, eliminating the need for residents to be transported for routine foot care.
