Since joining Accent Podiatry Associates in 2002, Dr. Dharmesh Bhakta has provided expert foot and ankle care to patients of all ages at the practice's Mansfield, Texas office. His journey in medicine began at the University of California, Riverside, where he earned a degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Mathematics, then he pursued his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, graduating in 2000. Dr. Bhakta continued his training with a podiatric internship at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and honed his surgical expertise through a residency in podiatric surgery at Englewood Hospital, New Jersey. He is board-certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and holds Wound Care Certification from the Woundcare Education Institute.
