Vincent P. Rascon, DPM, MBA, FACFAS, FABPOPPM was born and raised in Northern California. He earned his Bachelor of Science in physiology from San Francisco State University in 1986 and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1990, followed by a two-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at CCPM/Sun City, where he trained in endoscopic and arthroscopic foot and ankle techniques under Dr. Stephen L. Barrett. He relocated to Midland, Texas in 1998 and earned an MBA from Texas Tech University in 2005. Dr. Rascon is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine, and practices with West Texas Foot & Ankle Associates in Midland.
