FootCare Centers brings together Aamir Ahmed, DPM and Venkatramesh Medapati, DPM to serve patients across Plano, Carrollton, and Frisco. Dr. Ahmed is a fellowship-trained, board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with additional pediatric fellowship training, giving the practice depth in treating children's foot and ankle deformities alongside adult conditions such as bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, high arches, and Achilles tendon problems. The doctors also manage ankle sprains and instability, arthritic foot and ankle pain, Morton's neuroma, ingrown toenails, plantar warts, and Charcot foot, along with fractures and traumatic injuries. Custom orthotics and wound care support both surgical and conservative treatment plans, and Dr. Ahmed's advanced training includes minimally invasive bunion correction and gradual deformity correction techniques.
