Douglas Grimm, DPM, FACFAS, completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Northern Iowa, earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biology, then attended Des Moines University, graduating with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He completed three additional years of residency training in Dearborn, Michigan with the Oakwood Healthcare System. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, is board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Grimm has published two research projects in the Journal of American Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and has published anatomical illustrations of the foot and ankle in medical textbooks, practicing with Foot Associates of Central Texas in Round Rock, Texas, treating bunions and hammertoes.
