Raised in Lehi, Dr. Christiansen returned to practice in his hometown after completing medical school with honors at Des Moines College of Podiatric Surgery and a three-year residency in Tacoma, Washington, where he served as chief resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and specializes in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, fracture care, sports medicine, and diabetic wound care. The practice addresses a broad range of conditions, including bunions, hammertoes, flatfoot, Achilles tendonitis, arthritis, Morton's neuroma, plantar fasciitis, and toe deformities, along with foot infections, ingrown toenails, plantar warts, and calluses.
