Dr. Jesse E. Riley leads Elevated Foot + Ankle, a podiatry practice with a Payson office alongside a second location in Nephi, Utah. He completed his podiatric medical training at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, including coursework at the Cleveland Clinic, before finishing his surgical residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. Dr. Riley holds certification from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine with an additional qualification in amputation prevention and wound care, and he is board qualified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, with specialized training in total ankle replacement. The Payson office treats sports injuries and fractures, bunions, diabetic foot concerns, ingrown toenails, corns, hammertoes, warts, heel spurs and plantar fasciitis, ankle instability and sprains, flat feet, Achilles tendonitis, neuromas, and toenail fungus.
