The Podiatry Center has served the Richmond community for more than 50 years, now under the leadership of Dr. Julie A. Greenwood, who is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both forefoot surgery and rearfoot reconstruction. From offices in Richmond and Glen Allen, the practice treats patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric care, addressing bunions, hammertoes, heel and foot pain, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot ulcerations, plantar warts, flat feet, and ankle fractures and sprains. Custom orthotics are fitted for patients needing structural support, and Dr. Greenwood's surgical training extends to flatfoot correction, sports-related injury repair, fracture care, and reconstructive surgery for more advanced cases, with a particular focus on diabetic limb salvage.
