ACHILLES Foot and Ankle Center, led by Gary Gregasavitch, DPM, has served the Gainesville, Virginia community since 2020. Dr. Gregasavitch trained at Temple University's School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a podiatric surgical residency at St. John North Shores Hospital, followed by a dermatology fellowship, giving him particular interest in lower extremity dermatology alongside general podiatry. The practice provides diabetic foot care, nail and skin treatments, and management of corns, calluses, and ingrown toenails, along with care for bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, bone spurs, and Morton's neuromas. It also addresses fractures, sprains, tendonitis, athlete's foot, plantar warts, and other dermatological conditions of the foot and ankle, and offers custom orthotics for biomechanical support. Patients with acute injuries such as fractures or severe sprains can request priority scheduling for prompt evaluation. Dr. Gregasavitch is a member of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and the American Academy of Podiatric Dermatology.
